Everything. The house is the former home and studio of an art professor, painter and sculptor, Milo Melani, and is currently maintained by his son Cosimo and his wife. Every room has Melani’s art works, as well as the stairs, the patio, the lobby. You can see Melani’s library while having a really nice breakfast prepared and served by Cosimo himself. Location is excellent, it’s a 3 minute ride from a free parking area (which also has a nice bar and a great restaurant), and next to the tram/metro station which goes right into Firenze’s downtown.

Cosimo and Antonellas property is wonderful..the history of this home is amazing and Cosimo will tell you all about it when you visit. Fascinating!

the property was historically beautiful, nature all around you, warm and friendly hosts, very interesting decor, very creative and artist, loved being in nature while so close to the city, highly recommended, the hosts couldn't have been more attentive.

Lovely breakfast, good quality bed linen , comfortable bed
Too far from tram stop up a steep hill and dark narrow road to walk up late at night . Only suitable if you have a car
