It was in a good location. Helpful and friendly staff. Great services included with staying at the facility. We were able to walk to dontonbouri from fhe hotel easily. Not far from train station (exit does include stairs).

Great location, quick walk to station, surrounded by food, drinks and shops in trendy Shinnsaibashi. Free ice-cream, alcohol and ramen!!!! Good staff, room cleaned daily.
Not as new as others, elevator very slow, but otherwise perfect for what we needed.

Just 5 min walk to 2 different subway lines. Clean, modern & comfy beds. A free drink period in the evening was amazing.
Just wish we had been able to make a cup of tea in our room - the kettle was there but we had to get tea/coffee/milk pods from downstairs.

The ramen and happy hour was good. Ice cream was so hard it couldn’t be scooped out. It was clean and staff were very good.
The room was too small. Even by Tokyo standards. Not suitable for a family. You could not dress in the bathroom as it was so small.
