Location was excellent! The heart of the action. I love that we get to hang out at night outside hotel and watch the passing boats. Breakfast was really good. Laundry coin machine was available for use near the lobby.
Room was a little small for our liking. But the price was so affordable that you get what you pay for. However everything was also available and arrangement of the room was designed so that there is sufficient space for all your stuffs.

Everything was great. Breakfast was good, really liked that their TVs were modernized and you could log into your own streaming services (no other hotel during our time in Japan had that feature), location was fantastic. Overall a great experience and would recommend for location, friendly staff, cleanliness, conveniences and breakfast options.
The space was a bit tight in the room/bathroom which was my only complaint. Prices per night were a bit high for the space, likely for the locaiton.

Location, extras you could collect from reception, toiletries in room.
Customer service. Reception staff were unhelpful and not informative. For a 4 star hotel you would expect more. Redecorating whist I stayed which is fine except wallpaper on the floor in the corridors. Attention to detail lacking - didn’t address me by my correct gender when I had an issue. Small customer service mishaps that added up to many over my stay.
