Location was great

Great spot as able to walk straight out to the river part of Dotonbori. It was quiet until 200metres away so not in the hustle and bustle of the chaos.
The breakfast area is very small and not the variety of some places in Japan.

Best location. Very nice staff. Laundry in the hotel. Very good breakfast!
Can’t say anything maybe just the small space.

Location, extras you could collect from reception, toiletries in room.
Customer service. Reception staff were unhelpful and not informative. For a 4 star hotel you would expect more. Redecorating whist I stayed which is fine except wallpaper on the floor in the corridors. Attention to detail lacking - didn’t address me by my correct gender when I had an issue. Small customer service mishaps that added up to many over my stay.
