Overall a pleasant stay and no complaints!

It’s a good, clean hotel well located in the Dotanburi shopping district and staff were friendly. They even offered to sent me to the train station as complimentary.

Check out timing could be a bit later at 12pm instead of 10 am. Also there is construction ongoing outside the hotel and the exit at 26D is no longer accessible. Need to use exit 24 or walk to 26C and walk a bit further to the hotel.

Wonderful place to stay in Dotonbori!

What a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is in a great location in Dotonbori. It is only a 4 min walk to the famous Glico Man. Check in was very easy and the staff were kind and informative. We stayed in a Superior Twin room for 3 nights, which was big enough for our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teens), it was comfortable with nice beds and seating area. The foyer is so great - pool table, soft drinks, coffee etc for free, colourful and arty furnishings - a very welcoming space. Staff were helpful with instructions to JR Namba Station and provided us with good local maps. Would definitely stay again!

great place to stay... location, room and staff are all amazing, would definitely stay again!

room was clean and spacious with electrical points in places that made sense... convenient laundry in the basement... staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and really ensured we had a pleasant stay... complimentary coffee/soft drinks in the lobby as well which is fantastic for those early mornings or afternoon drinks... location was amazing with many restaurants, cafe's and services within walking distance.

My stay was simply perfect, and I can't wait to return!

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The hotel's location near Namba Station and the Dotonbori area was incredibly convenient. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, everything about the hotel was great. If I ever find myself in Osaka again, I'll definitely come back to this hotel without any hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Osaka. :)

Superb

The staff is very helpful. They guide us all the way to the station we need to go. There is a free lounge bar. The facilities are very thoughtful too. There is no need for an adapter. They have self-service laundry facilities.

Free Beverage selection at the lobby cafeteria. Massage chairs. Room cleanliness. Transportation provided to attractions and to Shin Osaka train station. Friendly staff and chief manager. Self Laundry. Pool table at the lobby. Make restaurant reservations for you.

Exceptional

They got really helpful staffs and awesome room space. To top it off, room was squeaky clean. Not to mention, it is only 5mins away from dotonbori/shinsaibashisuji/ebisusuji etc.

Amazing location, spacious, well equipped

This place has thought of everything - USB ports galore, break out areas with pool room and a dining area with free drinks till midnight. Basically a place to hang and eat your food which is great as you can’t eat and walk in Japan! Laundry downstairs although dryer takes ages even when you fill up to that suggested line, not even warm. Cold dryer. Has massage chairs too. Great location very close to trains and Dotonbori, affordable and rooms are spacious!

Exceeded our expectations!

All the staffs were exceptional! They are lovely and welcoming and would go out of their way to give you the best service. We loved the spacious and well-laid-out rooms. The beds were super comfy as well. Value for money. I would stay here again without a doubt!

amazing. relaxing. secured. we will comeback again to this hotel.

i like the family room its quiet big for a 5 people. the cleanli ness i like it to. i like the entertainment area my children really enjoy playing billiards. i also like the massage chair though i didn't use it for long cuz we go out early then comback late. i like the unlimited coffee and juices. and most specialy the staff are very approachable, friendly, respectful and helpful.

the room is too cold. but it's ok cuz im the obly who doesn't like cold.

The location is just blocks away from Namba Station and around the corner from Dotonbori. Everything you need is within walking distance. Hotel 88 staff exceeded my expectation. I can't thank the staff enough for all of their help.

Friendly staff (they kindly dropped us off at the station with all our luggage). Amazing location (short stroll to the main downtown area). Great rooms (spacious and comfy). Great amenities (free drinks down in the lobby and free massage chairs). Would recommend and stay here again!
