Location and size of room
My son and I left a few items (AirPods and my jacket) we immediately informed them. But they couldn’t find them. Which is strange and asked us to follow once new guest leaves. I literally left my jacket hanging inside the closet. So they didn’t check? AirPods were left by bedside. Find my AirPods could show location and after a day it had a different location so obviously someone took it. Was expecting more because it’s a 4 star hotel and it’s Japan

The location was convenient to the trains and walkable to restaurants and shopping in the area. I was very fond of the daily breakfast buffet. The options were so plentiful that it was possible to enjoy a different breakfast every morning and the view during breakfast was priceless.

Location was amazing right in the centre of everyhting. Easy train access and nearly a mile (2 there and back) of underground mall, with every food option you could ask for.
Really small gripe, irons are not provided in the room as standard but they are free of charge, Laundry service a bit expensive but tbh they came back amazing and pressed.
