Location was good… there is an eating space where you can settle your supper at the lobby instead of eating in the room.
Kids area was great!!
The room is small… families with 2 big luggage will have issue moving around the room

Great location - walkable and close to train stops. All the fun little things made this a special place. I love the free face, masks and bubble bath. The karaoke, drinks, video games all made this a special place.
The breakfast area was a little bit small and one day we had to wait for a table and for food to be refreshed.

Seamless communication and excellent facilities, I’ve been to many hotels, but nothing compares to this one - wide selection! The stuff is extremely helpful. I forgot my charger at my room and hotel stuff sent my charger to the next hotel! Excellent service.

The location is good, near Dotonbori. The hotel provides a lot of freebies - like many hotels in Japan, but goes further than most with for example free, all-you-can-drink alcoholic beverages (from a selection). Breakfast is provided. The breakfast selection is fine but the quality is lacking.
In our experience, the hotel came short for us in two major aspects. First, the room was extremely small for a family of four. Maybe our bad, but based on the photos, it definitely looked like it was roomier. The room we booked was a 'Casual 4', which felt very cramped for 4 with 4 carry-on size luggages.
The other things was the staff friendliness. The front desk was barely polite and the workers at breakfast were openly dismissive and bordeline rude.
