The staff will do everything in their power to create a memorable stay. You can see the passion for quality and hospitality. Small things truly makes the difference, remembering name, order etc. And nice tips around the area.

the pool and restaurant area is really pretty.
The pool was lovely to swim in and very clean.
The breakfast was delicious.
for a 4 star resort and for the price we paid, the bungalow was not up to scratch. It was a little run down and the facilities weren’t great. It was fine, but I was expecting it to be exceptional. For example, the air conditioning works poorly and is only in one room - so we were very hot at night. The shower didn’t work and the tv didn’t work. The pool area is lovely, but they don’t provide towels, and if you want to access the indoor pool you have to pay extra, which I think is a shame. Especially as no one pays so it sits there empty. The staff aren’t particularly friendly and there is hardly ever anyone at reception, so when you arrive it’s confusing and not very welcoming. In general I think the resort is really nice, but they could make some simple upgrades to improve it substantially. I stayed for 3 nights and paid £1000 for two adults and two children. It was not worth that much!
