La posizione, la cortesia del personale di servizio (veramente carini e gentili), il parcheggio,
La piscina non era funzionante (in manutenzione), l'idromassaggio non era funzionante (chiuso), la colazione in alcuni giorni era un po' scarna (non c’erano, cornetti, crostate, ciambelloni, brioche, ecc.) la scala che porta al piano superiore della stanza non mi sembra di semplice utilizzo in particolare per persone anziane o per bambini piccoli

It is an old "has been" establishment. Not a well- equipped room. Good air- conditioning saved its limitations. But generally it was good.

the staff was very welcoming and easy to talk to. had good conversations, a laugh with them and all together a very heartwarming atmosphere.
the villa is gorgeous and also homey. so many small details, everything is clean and the beach is just 1 minute walk, if even, away. you feel like one of the locals because there are not much tourists at this part of the beach.
the only thing is that there were cockroaches in my room. one was jumping on my pillow as I was falling asleep and the other one was running away and always hiding somewhere in the bathroom. I had to trap it in there otherwise I would not be able to sleep. the staff couldn't find it either the next day so I would say my nights were a little nerve-wracking. I have learned that it's quite a problem in the area in the hot summermonths. there was also a power blackout at 2am in the morning for about 40 min, so the lights would go on and off everytime and I could not tell anyone because I had no service and wifi.
