I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It made my experience in Rome even more special and memorable. The location is peaceful and conveniently close to Pietralata metro station, and the breakfast was generally very good.
What made the hotel truly exceptional, however, was its staff. Everyone was welcoming, understanding, kind, helpful and professional, and always greeted us with a smile.
My sincere thanks to the entire team, with special thanks to Mr Giulio, who kindly helped us during our final moments before leaving the hotel. His support made our departure much easier, and we truly appreciated it.
There was nothing in particular that I disliked about the property.

Easy to find. Room was good for an overnight stay. Linen was clean and comfortable.
The restaurant was for the students. Expresso machine was not that great we could not make a cappuccino We were looking forward for a cappuccino as we had a early morning. The floor in our room was dusty and I was so happy I brought a disenfected wipes as the seat needed to be cleaned

The biggest advantage of accommodation is the low cost. Furthermore it is close to a train station, so despite being far from tourist attractions you can use public transport.
The room was not very clean and there was old rubbish in the bathroom.
The bathroom drain was unable to drain water from the shower, which ended up flooding the bathroom.
The bathroom exhaust fan did not work.
The temperature control was not working, which made it impossible to adjust the room temperature.
Breakfast without many fruit options and the menu was very repetitive.
