Location easy to get to main motorway, clean and friendly staff but fo us a secure parking was a priority as well being pet friendly. The ara is residential with few amenities for the locals in term of quality, and options for dining. We would go again as it is convenient, staff was exceptional as they made us feel welcomed and assisted us in minor crisis with our car that had mechanical issues to resolve ( AA European breakdown) also came to the rescue.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was quite good.
But unfortunately these are the only things that were likeable.
I booked this hotel with the help of reviews I read on here. But most of the reviews don‘t match the reality. Also some descriptions on booking.com don‘t match the reality.
The location of the hotel is very bad. You need about an hour to get to the city center.
The only public transport close to that hotel is the tram 14 which takes you to Termini where you can use the metro to get wherever you want. You have to walk 10-15mins to the tram stration, the tram itself takes half an hour to Termini.
On the first day it took us 2 hours to find out these informations on our own because the hotel staff wasn‘t in the mood to explain us anything!
The 2 guys at the reception on the first day were having a private talk and made us feel bad about interrupting them to ask questions which is basically a part of their job to answer them.
If you ask for a citymap you don‘t get one because they don‘t have some, instead of that you get an annoyed look by the staff who points to the corner where a computer is and where some papers are printed on which is a very bad explanation (only in italian!) of the way to get to Termini is.
It is the job of a hotel staff to explain to you certain (public ways). As well it‘s their job to tell you what Termini is. We had to google and search for everything on our own on the internet which took a lot of time on the first day.
There were only 2 guys from the staff throughout our whole stay who at least tried to be nice. All the other ones were careless and rude.
The cleaning staff was even more bad!
Our room wasn‘t cleaned for 3 days! For toilet paper and towels we had to ask on our own and received an annoyed „ohhh“ from the cleaning staff because they had to go to another floor to pick up that things.
The cleaning lady on the first day told us „if we don‘t leave the room by now then I won‘t clean it because I don‘t come back to this floor.“ That was the most rude thing!
