Our host was amazing! He was super understanding when we struggled to find where to go because Google Maps was showing us the wrong location. And he printed out directions on how to get to the center from the place for us which I thought was very sweet :) We also were able to drop off our luggage in the morning because we couldn't check in yet, but he made accommodations for us. This is truly the Italian hospitality they talk about.
The beds were SO comfortable, especially having come from student housing. Room was huge and something particular I liked about the room (or bathroom) was the fact that the towel hooks were right beside the showers. I don't see this quite often so I appreciate not having to walk out of the shower, drenched, just to get to my towel. Or hang my towel by the doors of the shower just for it to get wet.
The view from the place was astounding, I loved both inside and outside during our stay here.
Nothing, but just a heads up, it is a bit further away from city center so with public transport it takes around 30-40 minutes to get there, and Rome public transport was quite tardy and/or unreliable during our stay (some buses didn't come to their stops), so plan accordingly and see if there are any events or protests if you are going to be in a time crunch.
But again, nothing bad about the place, just a heads up.
