Good location right in the city center. Communication via WhatsApp is fluent. The room is spacious with a balcony with a garden view and a small frdge. The bed is comfortable and there is air conditioning
The room is on the fourth floor without a lift. That's an issue if you have a big suitcase

The customer service was good.
There was a broken septic tank in front of the building, just by the entrance, quite scary.
The room was not smelling nice. The shower door could not be closed and almost fell off completely. The Internet almost did not work at all
