This was one of two very cute rooftop modules. It has sliding windows all around plus sliding doors to the enclosed terrace, but there are no views (only when you stand.) It's light and bright, with rolling screens to keep the sun out. The seaside is about 0,5 km down the steep street. Wheelchair access and an elevator to the room. Parking is good in a spacious garage with elevator. Kitchen has everything you need, including laundry machine, and all equipment appears to be new and clean. The place is clean and fresh, no bad odors, no signs of delapidation, well maintained, minimalist and lean. Shops and Mercadona at 2 km, and nice beaches with amenities nearby. Beach down the street is very nice and calm, volleyball and great access to the crystal water, with free parking along the boulevard, really excellent restaurant, Playa Restaurant. Tram to Alicante is down the street, very nice. All in all a really great place at a short distance from an excellent beach to stay more than a few days in comfort and style, home away from home at the seaside.
It really sucks when your neighbors are hookah-smoking party animals that loudly talk nonstop from morning till midnight (literally nonstop!!!! who winds this guy up??) Requirement for this is your understanding for sharing your personal space with loud motormouths, it's included in the price you paid. ;-) Before you show up, you're asked for a (refundable) deposit of 200 euro. Locally: loudly barking dogs every evening. Steep street to beach.

Overall Pasable, probably because we were in low season.
The smell was kind of unpleasant. I dont know if they just painted or something, but I got some headache from the smell.
The parking garage is nice, but you have to enter and exit carefully.
