C'est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cette magnifique maison ☺️
La première fois, je suis venue en vacances avec ma famille et cette demeure exceptionnelle m'est tellement restée gravée dans le cœur que j'ai décidé de la recommander lorsque l'entreprise pour laquelle je travaille a organisé un séjour de travail à Rome pour moi et quelques collègues.
C'était en septembre et il faisait encore chaud à Rome. La grande piscine privée à notre usage exclusif nous a donc permis de nous rafraîchir chaque après-midi au retour du travail.
Le barbecue nous a donné la possibilité de partager d'exquis dîners en plein air à base de viande locale.
Dans le superbe jardin, à l'ombre des grands arbres, nous avons organisé des briefings de travail et des jeux pour approfondir nos connaissances.
À 5 minutes en voiture, nous avions un grand supermarché et tous les commerces de première nécessité.
À 15 minutes en voiture, nous avions le plus grand centre commercial de Rome, qui s'appelle "Porta di Roma".
En une demi-heure de voiture, nous pouvions rejoindre le centre de Rome.
Le Wi-Fi est très rapide, idéal pour notre utilisation professionnelle.
La maison est très confortable, relaxante et équipée de tout le confort nécessaire. Un endroit idéal pour se concentrer, travailler et se détendre dans une intimité totale, tout en étant aux portes de Rome.

Villa Il Ciclamino war diesen Sommer wirklich eine himmlische Zuflucht für uns Eltern, für unsere 3 Kinder und für unseren Hund.
Der private gemauerte 11 x 6 Meter grosse Pool, stand ausschließlich zu unserer Verfügung. Der Pool wurde alle 3 bis 4 Tage mit einem Reinigungsroboter gereinigt und desinfiziert.
Das Haus ist von mehreren Außenbereichen und einem 300 m2 grossen Garten mit altem Baumbestand umgeben.
Und die Aussicht ist einfach herrlich: sanfte Hügel, die sich über den Veio-Park erstrecken, das herrliche Naturschutzgebiet nördlich von Rom.
Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich. Das Haus ist inmitten der grünen Hügellandschaft um Rom, mit einer leichten, angenehmen Brise, 5 Autominuten vom Zentrum des mittelalterlichen Dorfes Riano entfernt, 3 Autominuten vom Supermarkt und vom Bauernhof.
Innerhalb einer halben Autostunde konnten wir ganz bequem die Kunst und Geschichte der Hauptstadt Rom erkunden sowie die alten Dörfer in der Umgebung, in denen die Traditionen noch authentischer sind.
Und in knapp einer Autostunde konnten wir sogar das Meer, oder den See oder die Berge erreichen !
Wir sind mit unserem Hund auf den vielen grünen Wegen rund um das Haus joggen gegangen und haben im Veio-Park Wanderungen, Ausritte und Angeln in der Natur genossen.
Außerdem haben wir eine Kunstausstellung bei Würth besucht, das 15 Autominuten von zu Hause entfernt liegt.
Zurück im Haus konnten wir unser körperliches und seelisches Wohlbefinden wiederentdecken. Wir haben uns unter den Olivenbäumen entspannt und sonnengebadet. Dank der gemütlichen und umweltfreundlichen Außenbeleuchtung konnten wir uns bis in die Nacht im Pool erfrischen, spielen und schwimmen, Grillabende genießen und die Sterne betrachten.
Der Innenraum des Hauses auch ist wirklich entspannend. Komfortables Schlafzimmer, sehr bequeme Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche und Bad, leistungsstarke Klimaanlage und schnelles WLAN.

Zum Abschluss unserer Italienreise haben wir zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderbaren Haus übernachtet. Es wäre unmöglich gewesen, etwas Besseres zu finden!
Es ist ein herrliches Anwesen im Grünen mit einem großen Privatpool zur alleinigen Nutzung.
Für eine Familie wie unsere – mit zwei Kindern und einem Hund – ist es die ideale Wahl, um Rom und die umliegenden mittelalterlichen Dörfer zu erkunden, ohne unter der Hitze zu leiden; so lassen sich Kunst, Natur, Badespaß und Entspannung in vollkommener Privatsphäre miteinander verbinden.
Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind in nur 5 Autominuten erreichbar.
Die Sauberkeit im Haus und am Pool war tadellos, und dank Frau Ornella war der Service erstklassig 💖

This summer, my husband and I, together with our two beloved dogs, were looking for a place to stay 2 weeks while visiting Rome and the surrounding area.
For four days, there would be six of us, as we were hosting our parents and elderly aunts and uncles; we therefore wanted extra beds that would be comfortable for people who were no longer young.
Finding the right property proved surprisingly difficult, because we had quite a long list of very specific requirements.
We were looking for:
A quiet, safe and romantic house with comfortable beds for 6 people and a well-equipped kitchen, surrounded by greenery rather than concrete, where our dogs would also feel at home. Ideally, it needed to be within a 30-minute drive of both central Rome and the most beautiful parts of the surrounding countryside.
A supermarket and all essential shops within a five-minute drive.
A place where we could relax and sunbathe without being overwhelmed by the heat, with shaded, well-ventilated outdoor areas — and, above all, a swimming pool. But we wanted a private pool exclusively for us, with no sharing, no time restrictions and complete freedom to use it whenever we wanted.
Not just a small pool for cooling off, but a proper, large and deep swimming pool where we could actually swim, dive and have fun.
A covered, well-equipped patio where we could enjoy meals outdoors.
A barbecue so that we could have dinner at home under the stars.
Easy access to fresh, local Italian food.
Plenty of opportunities for sporting activities nearby.
From the description and photographs, Villa Il Ciclamino seemed, on paper, to tick every single box. We were initially a little hesitant because the property itself had relatively few reviews. However, when we looked more closely at the listing, we discovered that the manager, Ornella, runs a network of holiday homes with excellent reviews and has a wealth of experience. That gave us the confidence to trust her — and we are so glad we did.
