Though some may say it is far from the city centre where the attractions are, it is conveniently located near a bus depot/terminal where we can ride to the city centre. It was highly appreciated as we have an elderly and a toddler with us so bus seats from the apartment are guaranteed for them. Also, facilities of the property are definitely a plus with us saving some time and money as we can cook/heat up our meals before the very early departures to the busy attractions around the city. Lastly, the communication with the host was impeccable. She even tried to sort out our concerns right away especially when we were looking for a lost accessory when we realized it upon arriving home.
None. Our stay was perfect and I could not say anything I did not like about it.

The flat is spacious and has two bathrooms, which is very convenient. The bus depot is just in front of the building. The building itself is surrounded by very nice inner gardens.
The air condition is only in the kitchen. However, we were there in September, so it was not boiling hot and managable.

Posizione comoda, appartamento spazioso,, comodo silenzioso e ben attrezzato, siamo stati Molto bene.
Non saprei trovare un difetto particolare. Forse la porta di ingresso un po' malconcia ma ci sta in un palazzo d'epoca.

Great location, nice bathrooms
Many of the features and items listed were not there: balcony, decent seating area/sofa, tea-making facilities slow and poor, no view, no iron, storage inadequate for more than two people.
It would not take much money to make this property really nice!
