Das auf dem Sitz platzierte Zusatzbett ist überhaupt nicht bequem. Es hätte bequemer sein sollen. Fehlender Wasserkocher im Haus, sehr klein und nicht funktionsfähig.

La ubicación y cercanía a todo, somos un grupo de jóvenes de 19 años y para eso está bien.
La cocina sucia, sin calefacción en pleno enero, mucha humedad y los anfitriones no nos han hecho ni caso, ni responder a los mensajes.

Superb location. Spacious apartment, 2 bathrooms. Ground floor. WiFi. Clean and tidy. Good kitchen. Big comfy sofa. Owners were very attentive and replied promptly to messages.
Gloomy interior, no natural light, the window looks out to the bottom of an air shaft. Only one AC was working, and not very well. Small old TV with no modern features for Netflix, etc. Not two bedrooms, just one large space with a small undressing divider between the places where the beds were. No left luggage, but there is a business around the corner that does it. Very basic considering the high price, but that's the location, no wardrobes or drawers.

konum harika olsa da çalışanlar ve hizmet berbattı. 3 gece geçirdik ama memnun kalmadık. öncelikle check in yapmamız neredeyse 2 saat sürdü ve o süre içinde bize asla evin ve anahtarın yerini söylemediler, dişarda beklemek zorunda kaldık. daha önceden varış saatimizi bildirmemize rağmen telefonlara cevap verilmiyordu, yada bağırılarak ve çok kaba şekilde sorularımız cevaplandırıldı. hatta konum istediğimizde telefonu yüzümüze bile kapadılar. eve geldiğimizdeyse hüsrana uğradık. yatak nevresim kokuyordu, kalorifer çalışmıyordu, evi ısıtmak için klima yetersizdi. banyoda sabun, şampuan gibi şeyler yoktu, kendimiz almak zorunda kaldık. ücretsiz wifi zayıftı, sürekli kapatıp açmak zorunda kaldık. yataklar da konforsuzdu.

Location was ok - but we stayed at two other locations which were just as good in Rome - one was better. The photos were completely different to what we got in real life which was very disappointing as we paid double for this apartment than the two other apartments just because of the photo and this apartment was the worst. I would go so far as to say the photos are actually misleading and need to be taken down because otherwise booking.com might be found to be misrepresenting to clients the quality of the home.
When we got there, we had to pay city tax upfront before receiving instructions. Our other greeters all over Europe were either present at greeting or collected the money at end
We got directions and then had to climb two flights with our bags because the lift was not working. We got into apartment and most power points were not working. There were towels over windows not curtains and this was the only place in Europe with no form of soap or shampoo/conditioner at all. Some places do not have conditioner or shampoo but most places have some soap
There was a balcony but it was full of rusty table and chairs and old cracked pit plants - we never went out there
We did not like apartment - it is too expensive and not like the photos on booking.com and had no amenities - location was ok but our other accommodation in Rome (x2) was just as good. Rating on booking.com too high
Host was ok but easily the worst host amongst the 9 hosts we met in our holiday

beds and sofas picked up in the trash. you will be bitten by insects that live in mattresses. mattresses are very old. comfortable to sleep only 4 people. the third sofa is all in lumps and it is impossible to sleep on it. bed bugs will bite all night.
the terrace is very dirty. glass has never been washed. the apartment itself is clean

Location is close to Pantheon.
Blood and urine on mattresses. Insects flying and ants all over bed. I was bitten 5 times. Apartment not clean very dirty. Rooms are not separate it’s open plan. We had to check out after 1 night due to the filth. At entrance filthy rubbish bins from restaurant next door bad smell and insects everywhere. Mould on apartment walls and shower room. No apology or refund offered. We feel ripped off and had to book alternative hotel. Owners made no efforts to help. No apology. DO NOT booked these apartments if may damage your health and spoil your trip.

The position was perfect. Central to all the sights of Rome.
We were so disappointed with the kitchen facilities. There were no sharp knives and not even a tea towel. When I requested these, I was given brand new ones. The tea towels should have been washed before delivery as they dried nothing. We were needing to do a lot of washing but when my husband opened the washing machine door it was full of smelly water which gushed out all over his feet. So my husband had to shower and the washing machine could not be used. The balcony could be lovely but the table and chairs were filthy. We had to scrub everything before using it. All the pots were full of dead weeds and the floor has not been cleaned in a very long time. The bathroom has a terrible shower and the bath and basin have no plugs. The bathroom has a towel for curtains. The loft is not suitable for adults and the stairs are dangerous. It's just a thin mattress on the floor and a towel for a curtain. Did I mention how bad the kitchen was? Somewhere to sit inside would have been nice. I would never stay here again

Broken bed, broken washing machine. Almost stepped through the floor. One room six beds, not suitable for generation family, maybe really close friends. Especially since one of the showers had zero privacy. Toilet sounded like it would explode when filling up water after flushing. Only one window in the apartment, pictures seems to show several different apartments. Apartment would be quite OK if only everything was functioning properly and some screens or other privacy supporting walls where added.

Great Location, beautiful, spacious apartment, easy check-in with door code. The veranda is a nice extra!
Communication with the host isn't the easiest.
Once a day someone came to get and store laundry and the vacuum, which is generally no problem, but would have been nice to be informed, especially when renting a private apartment.

The place is new and clean. I love the natural light, and the patio was wonderful.
The couch beds were made up for us before we arrived, which was wonderful.

The location is perfect & central to all the main spots to see.. It's a stone's throw from the Pantheon. The property itself was a little tired but had all facilities we needed & it was clean - which is most important to us! The host was on hand to give us instructions easily. Our room was open plan for 5 people but no issue at all with 2 bathrooms & it was really spacious. Good value for a central location!

Great location, very central, close to the pantheon.
The appartment was dirty, the kitchen had thick grease on the worktop, the dishwasher had mouldy food in it. The place was very damp, the bedding felt wet, the sheets and towels were stained. The showers were both mouldy and needed a good clean. There was also a hole in the floor, didn't realise and almost went through it. This place could be a gem if they put some care into it and give it a good clean and deal with the damp.

The location was great!
Horrendously damp!! thick damp air!! damp up the walls and ceiling!! showers were dirty and thank god we weren’t eating there as the oven and microwave were filthy!!! Also weirdly, hosts would let themselves in when you were out!!! nothing was stolen or cleaned!! just felt weird!! … You weren’t allowed to control hearing so was quite cold!! and the aircons didn’t work!! Luckily we were out a lot!!! but sleeping wasn’t comfortable due to the damp!!! never seen anything that bad!!! and I’m a builder!!! Don’t know what the other apartments are like!! this one was on the ground floor!!!

The location was great near all the major attractions. Good apartment for a family.
It was a fairly new rental property as we had to buy things like a spatula and assemble the pans. I think once a few people stay there, it will be a little more accommodating.

Top Located at a little Piazza and cute terrace.
Nothing to make it nice. Not even a chair in the room, no bulps in the Little lamps, almost empty kitchen, we even had to ask for bed sheets !!
No curtains, not even in the bathroom. Barking dogs in the House were Noisy in the Night. Flowers/plants on terrace all dead.

On our arrival it was chilly and couldn’t get the heat to work , asked for extra pillows & blankets . Got two and a sheet ? Stove , oven , dishwasher , counter NOT clean and patio out of commission. No closet (locked) or chest of drawers hung our clothing on radiators . Everything that was promised was not delivered . Sad ….

First of all the description of the apartment stating that there’s two separate bedrooms is wrong. The only reason for us to book this place was the need of two separate bedrooms - instead there were two double beds in one single room without the possibility two divide the room. Also the one shower is placed in the middle of the common bedroom with only a see-through glass wall.
The main problem though was that the apartment was full of mold everywhere, very humid and badly ventilated. This posed such a bad health risk that it was impossible to stay there not only for our two friend with asthma but also us without health issues. unfortunately the hosts denied such a problem and stated that it was only a viable problem and that the actual problem had been solved. They refused to give us any refund and more disappointing was that Booking.com wasn’t helpful in that matter either.

Very high moisture in the apartment and damp on the walls;
- Only one window;
- No walls between rooms. It is a big open space apartment that includes the living room, the kitchen, the two bedroom areas and also an open bathtub / shower! The only closed rooms where the two bathrooms;
- No closet. We kept our clothes on the floor or on some chairs;
- The floor creacks and it has a piece in which your foot may fall a little;
- There was no soap in the small bathroom:
- The air conditioning devices start working on their own randomly for few second then stop. The only way that they could be stopped was by turning off the fuse for it from the main panel.

2min from pantheon , its very wide and and clean,,, qnd the owner is a educated person. Inside u have all u need, kitchen laundry etc... not that im a tourish coz im originated on rome... but if im gonna need one again im sure im ganna call mr.mateo again... i highly recommend it guys...
