The parking lot is small and usually quiet and the side entrance opens to a dead-end neighborhood where the kids can ride bikes and scooters! The condo is within walking distance of Wells Beach, Varano's, Billy's Chowder House, a small brewery/tasting room next door, Hannaford, Reny's, Beachcomber, Forbes, The Steak House, Mike's Clam Shack, Mini Golf, a movie theater, etc. There is also a trolley stop right in front of the condo that can be used for a lazier ride to the beach, or connecting to Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, and Sanford! Easy access to the marsh for kayaking, stand-up paddling, canoeing and floating too! A public boat launch for smaller type boating is less than 1/4 mile away. The location can't be beat!
