Beachfront
Just a room with a bed, a fridge and one chair, nothing else.
The toilet didn't flush. The breakfast does not include coffee. Lots of steps to get to the beach.
Parking is a nightmare.

The location and the view from the property too good ! The female staffs who served the breakfast were very loving but didn’t understand a single word in English. Beach view and a private beach to swim . Clear water.
No card payment accepted and they don’t speak a single word in English ! It’s all Albanian language. The room is just ok . Not luxury like other stay for the price we paid. Basic amenities only. No kettle provided and tv in room.

The property has a beautiful location and wonderful views. The rest of the staff also deserves recognition – the waiter Jimi, the parking attendant, and the cleaning lady were very professional and nice.
Vila Rahmi & Veli Dervishaj advertises itself as a family-friendly place, but the manager's (Vili) behavior completely contradicts this [booking.com]. We spent 2 weeks here.Breach of agreement: We agreed on a €40 surcharge to extend our stay until 17:00. On the departure day at 12:00, the manager approached my wife on the beach in my absence and cut our time to 14:30, while still demanding the full €40. At the counter, I left a fair €20 and we walked out. Nobody even apologized to us.Financial issues: The price for the sushi was nearly twice as high as what was agreed upon on WhatsApp. Breakfast drinks suddenly became paid without prior notice. On the last day, the waiter served the kids 3 Fantas without a word and without a receipt, and at the counter, we were charged €9 for them.Privacy: After returning from an excursion, two adults realized that someone had entered the room during our absence without our knowledge or consent.Beach: Children were banned from digging holes and using plastic toys. Cigarette butts were everywhere despite a smoking ban.
