We had a wonderful stay at Azora Beach Hotel, and our corner apartment overlooking the beach and sea was absolutely stunning. The views were beautiful, the apartment was very comfortable, and the cleaning staff were exceptional — extremely friendly, kind and attentive.
There were, however, a few things that unfortunately took away from the experience.
When we arrived, the hotel’s front parking was full and there was nowhere obvious for us to park. We felt that the reception team could have made more effort to help us with our luggage or at least walk us to the apartment and explain how everything worked. Instead, we had to make our way back to reception ourselves to ask for help with the lights, as we were unsure how they worked.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the beach cabanas. Even as hotel guests, and visiting after the main season when there were very few guests and plenty of empty cabanas, we were still expected to pay €30 per day to use one. We found this particularly disappointing, as we would have expected some consideration for hotel guests.
The bar service was another area that could be improved. The staff were not particularly helpful, and we were charged different prices for the same drink on different days. For example, one day we paid 300 LEK for an iced coffee, while the following day the exact same coffee cost 400 LEK. When my husband asked for a decaffeinated coffee, he was told that “nobody asks for decaf.” We found this comment quite rude — perhaps nobody else asks for it, but we do.

Neues Hotel mit Technik auf dem neuesten Stand.
Zimmer waren sehr groß und das Badezimmer top modern und sauber.
Jedes Zimmer hatte einen großen Balkon mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer.
Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer mit eigener Strandbucht. Eher eine ruhige Gegend. Vlora ist 9 km entfernt und nur mit dem Bus erreichbar.
Liegen in ausreichender Menge und sehr bequem.
Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und vielfältig. Geschmacklich hervorragend. Kaffee wurde frisch gebrüht und hat wunderbar geschmeckt.
Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem der nette Mitarbeiter im Restaurant.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen .

The hotel is brand new and sits right on the beach, which was fantastic. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and included a lovely balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was great, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the breakfast was decent with a good variety of options
The main issue was the motion sensors in the room. Every time someone got up during the night to use the bathroom, the sensors would trigger and turn on all the lights in the entire room, completely waking everyone up. We brought this up with the front desk, but they didn't know how to disable them. It was extremely frustrating and poorly designed, making it really hard to get a good night's sleep.
