The location is great, in the very center of Trastevere. Everything is close by.
The place is smaller than I expected. It’s more like having a big room than a loft or apartment. We had issues with the AC but the person in charge acted rally fast and we appreciated his intervention.
It’s very good for young people who like to party and won’t mind a busy and noisy street.

Very easy and simple. Host was very nice and helpful. The flat was very clean and cosy.
The area is much, too much noisy. Between people shouting outside until 3 or 4 AM and city cleaners at 7 AM, it was difficult to sleep even with ear plugs. Even after lunch we had noise coming from the neighbours.

Ist quasi eine kleine Einzimmerwohnung mit Schlafzimmer, Küchenzeile und Küchenhocker, sowie kleinem Bad und WC in eigenem Raum. W-Lan war inkludiert und funktionierte sehr gut.
Die Lage ist wunderbar, mitten in Trastevere; nette Restaurants, Bars etc. überall. Folder mit Tips ist sehr hilfreich.
Zimmer befindet sich im 1. Stock, ohne Aufzug. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, nur die Duschkabine ist etwas sehr klein geraten. Die tolle Lage hat einen Nachteil: Wenn man nicht bis nach 2 Uhr morgens feiern will, ist es sehr laut - kein Verkehrslärm, denn das Fenster geht auf eine Fußgängerstraße, aber Partylärm. Vermieter hatte Ohrstöpsel bereitgelegt. Ich habe immer selber welche dabei, aber die halfen kaum. Ohne meine geräuschunterdrückenden Airpods hätte ich kaum geschlafen.
