The location is great and the communication with the renter was excellent. The place is large and comfortable.
Small outdoor area not really functional due to bird droppings and the fact it was totally closed in.

Elle was a great host. She met us to hand over the keys and let us store our luggage in the morning as we had arrived early.
The apartment is beautiful, and right in the heart of Trastevere, with bars, restaurants and shops literally on the doorstep, 30 seconds away.
It’s within 30 mins walk of the all the main attractions, and within a very safe area of the city, in a mostly pedestrian setting.
Although the area is bustling with activity, you do not hear any noise due to the location of the bedroom and living area at the rear of the apartment.
Elle provided us with lots of local advice and recommendations and helped us with any queries we had. The apartment is exactly as is shown on the photos, but to have such a large apartment behind unassuming doors was a lovely surprise to us.
It has a full kitchen with all the utilities you would need, and even a washing machine.
It has a large jacuzzi bath with shower overhead, which may not suit someone with mobility issues but it is all on one level, and even has an enclosed city garden/patio area.
Towels and everything we expected was provided.
We can’t recommend this accommodation highly enough. We will absolutely return to this apartment in the future. Probably the best private accommodation we have booked on this site.

So many restaurants to choose from
Just around the corner from the Botanical Garden
The jets in the bath didn’t work which was a shame as we were looking forward to a spa after a day of sightseeing
