The east balcony directly over looks the Bay and fishing dock and is accessed by sliding glass doors off both the living room and master bedroom, while the Gulf of Mexico and the white sand beaches are 125 yards to the west. Enjoy the best of both worlds with the Florida’s Intra-Coastal Waterway on the east side of the condo and the pool and Gulf of Mexico on the west side of the condo. Amenities include sherry stained oak cupboards, HD television with over 200 channels, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, family ready kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, and washing machine, dryer iron and ironing board. Beach Palms 2a has Remote Keyless Locks, Ultra High Speed Internet, ceiling fans in every room, alarm clocks, patio furniture, beach chairs, beach toys, outdoor shower, plus two private sheltered parking spots to keep your car out of the intense Florida sun. The Anna Maria Island Beach Palms is located with-in walking distance of Anna Maria Island's best waterfront restaurants, beach shops, gift shops, shell shops, boutiques and the quaint shopping village on historic Bridge St. that leads right out onto the pier, famous for strolling, fishing and eating and the restaurant at the end of the pier. The free trolley stops right in front of the Beach Palms 2A and will tak you anywhere on the island you desire including the "Publix Grocery Store" located just a few stops from the front door. A signed lease agreement is required.

Condo was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the boats go by. Very short walk to the beach. Many restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious clean! Short 7 min walk to Circle K, and 10 min walk to bridge street. 100 percent great communication. Would highly recommend. Bus stop on the corner, direct beach access across the street and beautiful sunrises on the 2 decks over looking the bay. can hold six people very comfortably. Thank you, we will be back

The Ad represents the property very well. The building itself is older and some of the inside walls show their age, however the property has many new updates that make it a great spot for a stay. The kitchen is all updated ( no ice machine in the fridge) the flooring in the living room and bedrooms are new. The bed was very comfortable and the showers / bathrooms are also newer.
The parking is a bit confusing the first time, as the GPS brings you to one side of the building but the parking spot for this unit is on the other side and you have to pay attention where to go - can't just drive there from the GPS entrance....
The beach access is one block up the street and a half a block over, pretty easy, particularly when it's not too crowded.
The location of the unit is great for many activities, shopping and dinning. Unit did have Spectrum Cable which is a nice, in addition to all the apps you can want.
They use the DACK app as a way to communicate to renters - we did get texts from three different numbers which made it a bit confusion - particularly when question went unanswered for a day.
Overall we would recommend staying at the unit and will look to book this one again when staying in the area.

We were anxious to return to the beach & needed a new spot after Sanibel had been hit by Ian. Beautiful beaches & the Gulf! Very busy with summer vacationers & parking a bit difficult at times. Fewer shops/restaurants. No elevator at the Condo was not pleasant. Clean & comfortable Condo with a great view of N. Sarasota Bay. We ended up going to Longboat Key to park for the beach where it is next to the parking spaces & it is free. Handier for me after having had 2 new hips! Stacked washer/dryer was terribly noisy, but did the job.

Overall we had a great stay in the Condo, which was in a good location for the glorious beach, restaurants and bars and the free trolley bus to visit other parts of AMI.
The water pressure in the Condo was poor in the shared bathroom which does need to be addressed and our request to place perishable items in the refrigerator (only if we arrived ahead of check-in) was refused. We found that to be odd as on the many times we've vacationed in Fl have never been refused.
Those 2 minor issues aside, the Condo is excellent. The views of the bay are superb and fishing off the dock was fun. We had a great vacation!

With all of the lodging options in the Anna Maria Island area we were so happy that we chose to stay here. It was clean, quiet, great view of the Annan Maria Sound, very short walk to the Gulf Side beaches. The price is very good as well. Terry gave us lots of info ahead of time. Highly recommend.

Very compatible for a group--kids loved watching the dolphins from the balcony. We enjoyed being able to walk to various eating places and take the trolley if we just wanted to explore.

We had a nice stay overall. Very clean and nice location. A couple things to address, the recliner did not have the handle attached so it was a injury waiting to happen and would not open. Washing machine seemed like it was on its last leg. The view of the bay was nice but no ocean view. The seating in the livingroom was not comfy at all. But honestly we would stay again. Just honest feedback.

The property was very clean, and close to the free trolley, restaurants, ocean and the bay! The location is prime if you want to watch dolphins and manatee's from one side, or be steps away from the ocean to watch the sunset. Terry was also very reachable via Phone, Email or text and very informative about local attractions and where to go for dinner, drinks and other things.

Wonderful stay
Perfect location. Quiet, serene and a bike ride away from everything. We had one tiny, normal issue during our stay and it was resolved immediately. This was an incredibly special spot and will definitely be back. We are pretty particular travelers but we loved every minute of our stay.

We had a great stay at Beach Palms 2A. The condo was nicely appointed, great Bay view and close to the beach. We flew so it was awesome to have all the beach equipment there to use!
