You can walk to the beach in one minute. Additionally The Beach Palms is located with-in walking distance of Anna Maria Island's best waterfront restaurants, beach shops, gift shops, shell shops, boutiques and the quaint shopping village on Bridge St. that leads right out onto the Bridge St. a pier famous for strolling, fishing and eating and the new Rotten Ralph’s restaurant at the end of the pier. There is a great grocery store right on the island, a fantastic Wal-Mart Super Center 5 minutes from the condo and a great shopping mall with all the big department stores as well. You’re in the middle of the island, and the trolley makes it easy to get where you want to go, so you can’t beat the location. You also have beach access across the street and it was family-friendly and uncommercialized. There is a great view of the bay with a dock for fishing or good dolphin watching in the mornings and evenings. The condo itself would work for a small family or two couples. It offers many of the amenities you have at home so it works well for longer stays.

Even with detailed instructions hard to find parking. Leaving the parking lot.. right curb has LOW curb which I went over to avoid Deep sewer cover on left. BIG drop off on right off curb. Went over it to a big drop off. Got car stuck! Had to call AAA to get me out

Great view of the harbor area (beautiful) and short walk to Gulf beach. There is not an elevator available so be aware of this if you have heavy luggage and back issues. The unit was as described - the floor did leave your socks black on the bottom so could use a little more detail to cleaning.

This 3rd floor condo is in a great location, is clean but in need of updating. It has a musty smell. The balcony has a beautiful view but that seems to be where people go to smoke so that’s what you smell if you go out there. If you travel with luggage, realize that there isn’t an elevator so you will be schlepppng your stuff up 3 flights of stairs. I would not go back. The cable tv didn’t work properly and needed to be replaced and upgraded. The property manager did his best to manage the issues with the cable and broken shower door but the place just needs a major updating.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. My husband and I loved watching dolphins and manatees from the balcony. The teens loved the heated pool and being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. The condo had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week.

Better than I could ever imagine. Balcony views were spectacular and the beach was less than a 5 min walk! The trolley and monkey bus made it very easy exploring the island! Cannot wait to go back!

We enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the condo. Refrigerator and kitchen was fine. Some parts need a few upgrades such as the loud bathroom fan, squeaky patio doors and the bathroom fixtures. Otherwise a good spot to end the day of sightseeing.

We booked last minute, host was very accommodating, and we spent most of our time at IMG Academy for a college showcase on 15 minutes away. We each had out own room (King and Queen beds were key) and bathroom and my son was able to hook up his XBox in the bedroom. The condo was clean and quiet and had all the pots/ cookware needed to cook our own meals but could use a facelift / sprucing up with some paint. The time we spent was excellent as we had everything near us and a beautiful sunrise and gorgeous sunsets right across the street. Only downside was I had asked before we even got to the condo (and 2 additional times) to have an extra hour before having to checkout on Tuesday (after a 5 night stay) to accommodate our late flight and that request was ignored all three times and the cleaners were waiting outside our door 15 minutes before the 10:00 am checkout. Can’t imagine another group was waiting to check-in so not sure why this couldn’t be accommodated and more importantly, I wish it had been addressed.

Nice
On the inter coastal which is nice. Very short walk to the beach. GPS takes you to the wrong side of the complex. Lots of notes around saying don’t do this and don’t do that which is not exactly welcoming. The refrigerator does not keep food cold so bring a cooler with Ice but over all it was fine.
