The second bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, TV/monitor, and a large walk-in closet where guests will find plenty of gear for the beach. Another full bathroom is located adjacent to the second bedroom. The living room offers a comfy sleeper sofa, an oversized chair, and a large flatscreen cable TV. The dining room has a table, chairs, and bar stools at the counter providing plenty of room for a family meal or game night fun. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare and share meals together, whether enjoying views from the kitchen table, as a group in the dining room, or on the oversized open-aired balcony while taking in the wonderful gulf breezes. Baywatch 8B is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and activities. Renters can leave their car in a covered parking spot and walk, bike, or take the trolley and explore the seven-mile island. Some favorite local restaurants include Smoqehouse, Wicked Cantina, Beach House, and Gulf Drive Cafe. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location is great with only about 2 minutes to walk to the beach. The pool is nice (and warm) and overall the condo is very nice. I can definitely recommend it!

Great location to watch morning sunrise on the bay from your back patio and then walk across the street in the evening and watch the sunset on the beach. Close to many restaurants and walking distance to Bridge Street. Condo is nicely remodeled, comfortable and clean. Well equipped with beach supplies. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking but lacks any storage containers for leftovers. One complaint would be the beds and mattresses. Beds are not comfortable due to old, soft and lumpy mattresses. Also be aware there is currently construction going on in the adjacent lot and they start hammering at 7:30 a.m sharp Monday - Saturday.

This is the second year in a row we've stayed in this complex. This unit is nice, clean, and has everything you need. Check in/out is very convenient. We love the location although there is a lot of construction near the complex. My 11 year old loved fishing off the dock, all of us enjoyed the heated pool and the beach is so close, just a two or three minute walk.

Beautiful condo, very clean. There was some unslightly construction just behind the building but that’s not the fault of the condo owner. The condo is a 2 minute walk to the beach, which is a quiet part of the beach so that was an added bonus. The condo is also in walking distance to Bridge Street and plenty of restaurants which was awesome since parking on the island is difficult. We would definitely stay with Sandy and Terry again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Love the decor, had everything we needed, and the bay view from the porch is great! We walked through the neighborhood looking the beautiful houses and is walking distance from the beach. Ah...we also enjoyed the pool w the family. The property is beautiful, comfortable for a family of 6, and its located in a great location.

This apartment did not disappoint. From the day of arrival to our departure time. I have stayed in a number of places and this one tops most due to cleanliness, location, Amenities, communication and coziness. You are within walking or golf cart distance of most things including the beautiful beach! I would highly recommend this location if you are as picky as I am about wanting to feel like home on vacation. Definite 5 stars from me!

We really enjoyed the view of the water, dolphins at times and birds! It’s a peaceful place but yet so close to so many good restaurants, beach and we really enjoyed taking the sunset dolphin cruise! The kitchen is a bit small for two but overall a nice open layout for a 2-bed condo! Tasteful decor and mostly all updated. Would definitely come back!

Really nice property! It was updated and clean. We loved the location, several good restaurants in walking distance and easy to pick up the trolley. Check-in / Check-out was easy and Terry sent a lot of information about the house and area which was really helpful since it was our first time on the island. We would definitely book again if we come back to the area.

I can’t say enough about the property! It was perfect in so many ways. Perfect location. Very short walk to the beach and the downtown area. Plenty of walkable restaurants. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. The fact that they had beach chairs, wagon, toys, and umbrella was perfect for my family since we all flew into town. The owner gave us great information and prepared us before we arrived and departed. We all highly recommend this property and will be back for sure.
