Location near to many things we wanted to see & do in HCMC. Markets, museums, cathedral, cafes.

Clean and tidy. Close to some tourist spots in D1.
The noise from outside kept us awake. There is a night club on the top floor of the building next door and it kept us awake all night and didn’t stop until 6am Sunday. Then again Sunday to 3am. The windows were only single glazed so provided no noise proofing at all - even with ear plugs in I could still hear the thudding bass.
