The location is great, close to city centre, very easy to catch either taxi or Grab. Walking distance to many cafes, restaurants in the area. The room is a lot more spacious than I thought, great value for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room can be a little bit dark, the bedside light was broken in my room. Also, there is only one power outlet on one side of the bed so it was a bit inconvenient to charge our device before bed.

I was very impressed when initial time visit here. When I had just get out of car with a lot of luggage under a heavy rain, staff help me to carry them immediately and support me to check-in quickly.

It is undisputed that Cozrum hotel is one of the most valuable place to stay during your vacation. Everything including services and staff are great.

- Good location
- basic breakfast
- new ownership but they have not updated the rooms , still old furniture , old hotel leaflets and stickers in the room
- room dirty and falling apart , shower doesn’t work and towel rack fell off
