The place was super near the main sightseeing spot in the center of District 1, yet tucked away in a peaceful alley that felt really safe and quiet. The staff were extremely kind and always ready to assist if necessary.
The studio was tidy; nevertheless, when I got there, I spotted a cockroach, but it was a one-time occurrence. The staff assisted in its removal. I believe it was due to the tropical climate. Apart from that, everything was fine in the studio.

We had a fantastic stay at Ekomo Hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, and our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, which was definitely appreciated in the Ho Chi Minh City heat!
The hotel was also exceptional value for money. One of the lovely personal touches was the staff giving us a list of their recommended local coffee shops and restaurants — we tried several of them and every single one was amazing.
Ekomo may not have all the facilities and amenities of a large commercial hotel, but that was part of its charm for us. It’s small, personal, welcoming and extremely clean, and it suited our needs perfectly.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Fantastic value, wonderful staff and a great location — highly recommended!
