Pool was clean and great temperature.
Breakfast was fine.
Staff were accommodating and we got an upgrade, beds were comfortable.
Shower over the tub not ideal, and water kept pouring onto the floor. The taps are situated wrong.
Every now and then there was smell in the room when we came back from a day out.

The swimming pool on rooftop was pretty nice , and the location was very good
Some of the railing on room was coming off , the carpet was dirty and some of the walls had patches repaired not finished , then the breakfast was really weird as it look more like a lunch with the items .
Room shower water run all over the bathroom as it has so closed to toilet

The hotel is relatively well located in the area, and overall the facilities are decent. The breakfast (when I was able to have it) was complete and of good quality, and the service at that time was pleasant.
Communication with the staff was difficult due to their very limited English. They do not proactively provide information (such as breakfast hours) or offer tourist guidance. On the first day, I missed breakfast because no one informed me of the schedule. The staff member apologized, which I appreciate—these things can happen—but the real issue was the lack of proactivity afterward. I was the one who had to take the initiative, and no alternative or solution was offered.
The room had a window facing a wall, the air conditioning was noisy, and there were disturbances from external construction without any solutions offered (such as changing rooms). Additionally, the takeaway breakfast was very basic, and they charge for the bottled water in the room.
They do not accept credit card payments, only cash, and at check-in they asked to keep my passport as a guarantee, which I refused. This created a feeling of low trust toward guests. Considering the price for Thailand, it is not cheap and the level of service should be much better.
