We booked this place last minute and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, meeting us at the property and giving us such a warm welcome. They were very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some excellent local recommendations.
The apartment had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the beautiful view over Dhërmi was a real highlight. While the apartment is around 2 km from the main centre, it was easy to get around by car, and there was convenient parking available within the complex.

We had an amazing stay! The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable.
The manager, Shaip, was incredibly helpful and always there for us at any time. He responded quickly whenever we needed anything and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and other useful tips. You can go to him for anything. He’s a great guy, and we highly recommend staying here!

Out stay at Kotarja apartment was absolutely outstanding. The apartment was spotless clean and everything feels new and well kept. The view from the terrace in amazing and we loved having breakfast and dinner there.
The manager and the rest of the staff st Kotarja are the kindest hosts we have ever met. They were so available and responsive for every requests we had. They gave wonderful reccommendations for restaurants, beaches etc. They even organized an amazing boat trip for us on the last evening!
I absolutely recommend this place.

The apartment is big and new, with a great view of the sea
Difficult to reach following the maps. The kitchen is not full-equipped with only one pan.
It was not possibly to pay with card because the guy wasn’t able to use the card machine..
