The staff was really friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a nice location. Close location to another park hotel with deers. Great sparkling space, a lot of flowers. Nice calm atmosphere. Good windows and mosquito nets. Breakfast is good. It has a lot of different things to choose from:
- Boiled eggs
- Fried eggs
- Sausages
- Tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Different jams
- Coffee, Milk, tea
- Fruits
It was weird to have the toilet in the shower, but I understand because it's a small room. And another thing is the toilet seat top cover wasn't working properly. So we need to put it back 10 times, because it was falling down. Very annoying. Also - the shower - I don't know why, but initially, when you turn on the shower, it pours from the top shower, and then you need to switch to the handle shower, which is weird. Should be otherwise.

Location and very friendly staff. Was clean.
The breakfast was quite limited with no yogurt or cereals.
The toilet in the shower is a little weird but not problematic for a short stay in our case.
We had a “Mountain View” but realistically it was more a view of the carpark with some mountains around.

– Beautiful location with a picturesque mountain setting
– Charming building with character
– Friendly and efficient receptionist who allowed early check-in
– Spacious suite with a balcony
– The cook was warm and helpful; her omelettes were a highlight
– Bathroom door lock was broken and only fixed late into the second day
– Wi-Fi in the suite was very poor, despite the modem being just outside
– Room was not cleaned during our entire stay (2 nights)
– The dessert (Trileçe) smelled off, so we avoided eating at the restaurant
– Breakfast was very basic and underwhelming
– Air conditioning on the top floor was ineffective; the room was warm at night
– Thick comforters in summer made sleeping uncomfortable
– Most staff (besides the receptionist and cook) seemed disengaged
