The area is pretty nice, there are a lot of restaurants and bars. It’s a safe neighborhood however the prices are pretty high. The staff members were really nice, they allowed us to leave our backpacks for some hours there after check out. The room was spacious and clean however a little too dark. The breakfast is simple, make sure you are in time because we were a little late one of the mornings and there were only eggs and some toasts. After all it is worth the price if you want to save money on the accommodation.
It’s really really noisy. Especially during night it’s really loud because of the local bars around. They should change the soaps in the bathrooms because they smelled awful. They should promote the social programs better.

Good bedroom & quiet considering how close you are to the nightlife.
It’s a shame the place was so quiet as the common areas are great. Big kitchen.
Having to make the free breakfast yourself doesn’t make any sense. All guests cook at the same time, the pans and utensils are of awful quality and there aren’t enough bowls or knives to go around. Save yourself the hassle and pick up pastries from the shop opposite.
No hot water on one day and all the hooks in the bathrooms are broken.
