This is a well-run place with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good, with tasty egg-based options prepared to order by the lovely lady who ran breakfasts and cleaning. Its location is perfect for the life of El Poblado and about a ten minute walk to the metro to get into the centre easily. We would stay again when in Medellin.
The room was a little on the small side with the double bed up against a wall, which is always a bit uncomfortable for one person. The TV could have been tuned into a few more channels.

The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and everything we needed. The staff were outstanding always friendly, quick to help, and happy to find solutions whenever we needed anything. A special thank you to Santiago, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He provided us with all the information we needed and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. We really appreciated his kindness and professionalism.
One of the highlights was having access to the swimming pool and rooftop bar at a nearby partner hotel, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was quiet, very clean, and the room was the perfect size with everything we needed. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would happily return.

Staff were very pleasant, lovely clean, fresh bedding, good breakfast for the price.
Noisy air conditioning all night, toilet stopped flushing in the morning, room with a view was a room with a view of the air con and back of the hotel.
