I have stayed before, it's a beautiful Location, quiet but convenient for nearby towns i.e. Saffron Walden, Bishops Stortford etc, also near Newport where there is a very well stocked grocery shop to pick up any food shopping needed
Lovely clean huge room, three skylight windows so light and airy, lovely views
Wonderful huge private bathroom
Very comfortable king size bed
Great facilities, kettle, toaster, fridge with small freezer compartment & good selection of cutlery & cooking utensils etc
Ample room for secure parking.
Christine & Andy as always, were very welcoming friendly hosts & great to see the dogs Treacle & Murphy again !

Loved the location, so peaceful! Great nights sleep! Good shower, soft towels 👍 Christine our host was so helpful. There was a small magnifying mirror which was great for applying make up!! Small torch in drawer beside bed. 10/10 We wouldn’t hesitate in booking again at this property.
