The house has a lovely traditional style and is clean and well kept. There is a shop nearby which is very convenient, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
The pool is not the most comfortable for relaxing, and unfortunately the local beach was not usable due to algae.

Clean, homely and beautifully appointed, Ca Na Perla is situated in the quiet town of Son Serra de Marina. The owners were very welcoming and helpful while the villa itself is magnificent, with its views of the beautiful woodlands to the rear of the property. Close to local (and frankly incredible) restaurants and a small supermarket and pharmacy, while the wonderful rustic coastline is no more than a few minutes' walk away. A more traditional beach is a gentle amble away (20 mins on foot, maybe 5 mins by car).
I must stress that this is a cautionary only for the area, not the villa itself! There is little to interest younger family members in the town. I would strongly recommend hiring a car to explore the surrounding area as, while public transport links are exceptional, their schedules may be restrictive.
