About this house rental
My Home is ideal for people who enjoy a peaceful house :)
I've also recently installed Air Conditioning, so you'll be cool during the Summer...
Not only is it well kept with many amenities (a lot of Tech), it's centrally located to the 405, LGB Airport, parks, 24 Hour gym, Starbucks & biking distance to the beach!
Besides the open floor plan, the Backyard is big and includes a BBQ.
The Loft can accommodate a few extra Guests for sleeping and there is ample parking in the driveway.

My family and my brother stayed at Giovanni's house over the New Year. It was a lovely stay, with enough space for all of us. The kids enjoyed the backyard, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The kithcen is well furnished, and it was nice to have that second bathroom. The kids also enjoyed the large projector screen and the arcade games. All in all, we are hoping to stay again.

We had a great stay at this house!
Location- Really perfectly situated near anything you could want, great food, the beach, golf, disc golf, etc. We found a great local bar called Tracy's within walking distance and we were there pretty much every day. Pretty much every fast food place within 2-3 miles. Close to awesome bars and restaurants in Long Beach. Super close to Huntington beach as well. The weather was amazing and we were able to have the doors and windows open.
Property- the house was great. Three bedrooms. Two full bathrooms. HUGE backyard with a nice patio set and covered pergola. The TV was INSANE. 127" projector tv. Made watching sports and movies at night really enjoyable. Stocked with pretty much anything you could need: pots, pans, Keurig with TONS of pods, coffee pot, etc. Had this fun little loft that kids would love. Arcade machine in one bedroom really brought us back to our childhoods.
Host: awesome host. Communication was first class even though I would give myself a low score for that. LOL. There was literally nothing that wasn't covered on an ipad waiting on the counter for us.
Suggestions: recliner/chairs in the living room. There was only a small L-shaped couch that was really only comfortable for 2-3 people. A soundbar for the amazing projector TV would be a welcome addition. Again, this place was awesome and this would be the ultimate nit-picking.

Really enjoyed staying here. Giovanni was awesome. I felt very welcomed before we got there. House was great. Quiet neighborhood. Hope to stay again when we are working in the area. Thanks for everything.
