Nestled in Wrightsville Beach, this lovely house for $369 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Enjoy ocean side living in this beautifully renovated four-story duplex offers a unique floor plan! The bedrooms are located on the two lower levels of the home and an open concept top floor living room, kitchen and dining area with access to the top floor deck- perfect for sunning and relaxation! Vaulted ceilings give the living space an even more open feel and the fantastically appointed kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances including a microwave drawer and warming drawer- wonderful for Holidays or those large family dinners. The main living area has google home, so you request and play your favorite tunes at the drop of a hat! The foyer has an elevator that services all floors of the home which is very convenient for delivering groceries and luggage to the upper levels of this home. Up one flight of stairs, the first floor of this home provides a bunk room with four twin beds that is perfect for kids. The bunk room also has an attached bathroom and walk in closet. This level also has a king bedroom with private bath as well as a queen bedroom with private bath and access to the exterior stairwell to the outdoor grilling area. The entire second floor of this home is the dreamy master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath which are sure to calm and sooth all your stress away- you will never want to leave! The master bedroom has an expansive walk in closet, sitting area, and deck access. Outside there is an enclosed outdoor shower with rainfall shower head and handheld shower wand- just like the indoor showers! There is a picnic table in the back yard conveniently located near the exterior gas grill and cooler station, so all your beverages stay ice cold while you enjoy the beautiful weather in the back yard. Is there a better way to relax after a long day on the beach? In the outdoor utility room there are beach chairs, umbrellas, and other fun beach amenities for the family to enjoy! The carport runs the length of the building and can easily accommodate 4 vehicles. While the elevator services all floors of the home it does not have enough clearance for most motorized chairs or wheelchairs- please contact our office directly before booking if you or your party have special requirements. There are two exterior surveillance cameras that monitor the exterior doors for added security. This property does not allow smoking, pets, or events. Bryant Real Estate is proud to assure our guests that we have upheld the vitally important new NC legislation known as Weston’s Law. Working with the owner, we have had the elevator in this home tested and certified as compliant. A pretty house that needs some updates. We had several maintenance issues as soon as we arrived but management was very responsive and the repair gentleman was awesome. The master bed needs to be replaced as it is caving in the middle and the floors were very dirty although the rest of the house was clean. Great location, night time is noisy in the neighborhood but we did not have little ones so it was fine.

Two and a half days of the tail end of a hurricane then loud music from the Palm Room on the weekend till 1:30 at night. Glad it was the off season. During the 2 days of rain the water came in under the 3rd floor door. We used our beach towels to continually dry it up. Water in the master bath didn’t work. Also you get Threatened with additional cost if you pulled in the driveway a minute early and the same thing if not out by the 10:00 check out. And possible $100 charger if we didn’t put the garbage cans out on the right days. $3000 for 5 days and we had to strip the beds and clean the floors wash all the dishes and put them away. Or you guessed it more charges. Have been coming to Wrightsville for over 65 years but haven’t rented from Bryant for a while. Would not say I won’t rent from Bryant again but I’ll know what to expect next time.

If you are looking for location and luxury, this is your house!!! We have rented higher end homes in Wrightsville for the past 5 years and this one is probably my favorite so far. The location is perfect, close to everything, easy walk to the beach and ample parking. Inside this home is well laid out with the master bedroom having the privacy of an entire floor. The decor is all top of the line quality, with special touches like porch swings on the multiple deck areas. The kitchen is amazing and very well stocked. Check in and checkout was super easy and communication was wonderful. We will definitely be back next year and I have highly recommended this house to friends!

Seaside Seagull Stay
Great decorating and very clean property. Well equipped! Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, one block from the pier. Lots for teen aged boys to do! Great spot to get in a nice long walk to the beautiful North end of Wrightsville.
One recommendation is to provide 2 tea towels and 2 dishcloths in kitchen and 2 towels for each person in the master bedroom.

The home is minutes walking distance from the beach and is easily accessible to coffee shops, restaurants etc. The only issue we experienced was the shower pressure in the master bath was weak and as a result, was not able to wash my hair. Also, the noise at night from the nearby bar posed a disruption to the children’s bedtime.

The home is wonderfully decorated, light and airy, and provided plenty of space for our teenagers to spread out (and sleep very late!). Due to the pandemic, we cooked most of our meals and we found the kitchen to be nicely appointed. We loved the big kitchen island and we played some family board games around the ample dining table. It was a fantastic experience and we're definitely considering returning! I should also add that this was our first experience with Bryant Real Estate and they were SUPERB! This house is beautiful! Everything is updated, and spotless, and the amenities are amazing! Everything you need to prepare meals is at your fingertips but you are within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. The beach is a short, sandy path away and the ocean can be seen from the balconies. This place is better than the pictures!

Elegant, well designed beach house
This house was perfect for two families, with two king bed rooms. Newly renovated and decor that is very pleasing. Three bedrooms have TVs. Living and kitchen area is perfect gathering spot with beach view from the porch. Rocking chairs on porch was one of my favorite places.. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas were appreciated. We hope to stay here again!

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay here! The owners were AMAZING to work with. Top notch. They respond within minutes to any questions, communicated every detail we needed for our stay. They were so accommodating and easy to work with!! Best experience we’ve had renting a vacation home.
The home is beautifully decorated and delivered everything it promised! Beautiful views, comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, and the top floor kitchen/ living room space was perfect for us all to gather after a day at he beach. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to cook great meals!
The location was perfect! We walked to dinner at the Shark Bar which was amazing and walked down Lumina for some shopping and ice cream.
Going to the beach was made so easy with the supply closet they share with their guests. Tommy Bahama chairs , umbrellas, a shower to wash sand off! There is a life guard stand right where our entrance to the beach was, and we were close to the pier as well.
We are so excited that we have found our home away from home when we visit Wrightsville Beach. We will be back for sure !
