THE PROPERTY: Enjoy your stay in the tropics at the highly touted "Queen Conch" complex, which includes 3 separate rentable units: Horse Conch, Rooster Conch, and Sea Conch. You can rent each unit individually, but by renting “Queen Conch” you will enjoy all 3 units and ultimate privacy during your Key West vacation. Horse Conch is located on the second floor, overlooks the pool, and shares a balcony with Rooster Conch. The unit includes one queen bedroom (no TV in the bedroom), closet and dresser storage, as well as an ensuite bath with pedestal sink and walk in shower. The open concept living area includes plenty of seating, a flat screen TV and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and table seating for four. Rooster Conch is also located on the second floor, overlooks the pool, and shares a balcony with Horse Conch. The unit includes one queen bedroom with a TV, closet, and dresser storage, as well as an ensuite bath with pedestal sink and walk in shower. The open concept living area includes plenty of seating, a flat screen TV and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and table seating for four. This is a great property for a larger group. We had four couples and everyone had their own private space with plenty of room. The outdoor/pool area is perfect with a large pool and lots of seating options for everyone. The house is also very conveniently located to all of the action, but it also feels quiet and remote at the same time. This is a property we will definitely return to.

The property was perfection. It was updated and spotless. The pool was amazing. This is a great property if you have large group. 10-12 people. There are 3 separate living areas so there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is great. Easy walk everywhere but still a block or two off Duval which kept it quiet. We would definitely return. Cindy and Susan made our experience with check-in and check-out so simple. Thank you!

We have four couples and rented the entire house which included the second floor units. This house was perfect! We had plenty of space, loved the pool (has a gas grill which we used), the rental company were very responsive and willing to help with anything. The two units on the second floor are like mini apartments, complete with a living area and kitchen. The location is also perfect. Very close to the action yet not all the noise and crowds. If you are thinking about staying here, do it!

Exactly what we were looking for. We rented all 3 units so we have the entire complex with exclusive access to the pool. The location could not have been better. We are already looking at dates to book here again next year!

We had a wonderful time at Queen Conch! The home was clean and comfortable, and very spacious. We had a total of nine people consisting of three couples and three kids. You would think that we’d be climbing all over ourselves but because of the spaciousness of the home and separate en suite rooms, we all had our separate spaces when we needed privacy.The beds were awesome, some of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time!The pool area was also very nice, although the pool does need some work. One of the guys staying with us is a pool service owner operator in Phoenix Arizona. He noticed some things about the pool that could use some TLC, including issues with the plaster in the pool and a leak at the pool pump. Other than that the grounds were very clean and well-kept.The washer/ dryer are located outside in storage nooks attached to the house. This was okay, but the appliances have been exposed to the weather and show it. We had an issue with very tiny ants, in the kitchen and downstairs bathrooms. The rental agency said they had an exterminator come by, but the ants returned on our last day their. All in all it was a wonderful stay, despite the ants. I would recommend queen conch to anyone coming to visit Key West.

October 2021 Stay
We had a great trip! We love this house because it is in a great location and it had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the pool. Susan gave us great recommendations. We rented a pontoon slide boat with a captain and had the best day on a sandbar. Hank's Saloon was fun - great music, drinks and service! Ram's Head has excellent food! We will be back!

Private Oasis in Key West
This home is AMAZING. Amazing. It houses my bachelorette party with 13 girls extremely well, but the backyard is the best part. Extremely private, huge, great sized pool, we were out there every free second we got. Seriously, you are in your own world back there, then you walk a block and you are in the middle of the hustle & bustle of Duval St. Amazing, amazing, amazing vacation home. 10/10 recommend!!

The home was very clean, nicely decorated, with a beautiful heated pool surrounded by private lush landscaping. The propane bbq was cleaned and ready to use with two sets of outdoor tables , chairs and umbrellas. The home is located right by Duvall street . I highly recommend this house. 5 stars

August 2020 Stay
Absolutely amazing! There were 12 of us in our group but the house could have comfortably slept 14. Location is perfect, just a short walk from Duval St. The house was spacious and clean. The pool was probably our favorite part. There are lots of trees and plants surrounding the pool so it gives you a lot of privacy. I would definitely stay here again! The staff at Historic Key West Vacation Rentals was so helpful and attentive starting the first day after booking and continuing through the last day of the trip. Such a wonderful experience!

House was immaculate! Amazing set up and loved the interior. Also a great location. Only thing they could change is the mattresses upstairs could use a mattress topper! Still 5 stars all around.
