The property was a total surprise, being so close to the river and having been a monastery in a former life. It was SO unique, its decorations imaginative, wall colors and art creative, it felt very fancy, I guess you’d call it ‘shabby chic.’ We loved the neighborhood too, very residential and authentic. Going down the stone stairs to breakfast felt very authentic too, as though we were monks from a former time. And what a breakfast spread. Truly a delight. Wish we had planned staying there more than one night. So comfortable, so absolutely charming!
Uber drivers didn’t much like it because of the narrow curving steep streets, but we found the area enchanting!

Amazing location & great room with a lovely balcony! Staff were very nice & accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Would stay again!
