The owners have a right to a size unit rather than a specific unit and, as such, all the villas share the same basic decor, floor-plan and amenities, however, if you do have a floor level or building preference the owner may make a request with the Marriott on your behalf. With regards to the view: about 50% percent of the villas overlook a nature preserve and golf course - the other half feature views of the Ocean off in the distance (not direct Oceanfront resort). A request can be placed for the distant Ocean view, but cannot be guaranteed. Pictures on listing are representative of the villa layout/amenities. Most high demand season weeks are offered on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday check-in & out with SEVEN NIGHT INCREMENTS. A wonderful venue when staying in the area visiting my Daughter at UCI. Very commodious accomadation, large with 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. Modern and up to date. Gorgeous grounds. Convenient location. Recommend highly.

Wow! This was our first time here and it won’t be our last. Activities for all, the resort is so well maintained and check in was so easy. We enjoyed the on site pools as well as the beach at Crystal Cove, which is just a 5 min shuttle drive away. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

Great place for families! All kinds of activities for kids of all ages. Property was beautiful and the villa was perfect! Property manager was easy to work with and responsive. Everything was just as advertised.

The resort was beautiful and the villas were amazing. We had plenty of room to spread out with two kids. We did not have the best view from our balcony but did have a glimpse of the ocean!

This property is beautiful and well kept. The pools are very relaxing and the family pool is great for kids. The location is great with easy access to restaurants and shops in nearby Laguna and Newport. Crystal Cove state park is just across the road and a wonderful spot to enjoy the beach.

Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas occupy a beautiful location convenient to many Orange County attractions. The grounds are beautifully kept and the villas are well lates out with many amenities available on the property. It’s a great location for kids and adults. I am looking forward to when housekeeping can be performed more regularly.

The TUSCAN VILLA DECOR on the exterior property is highly appealing, but can be misleading. The Interior Decor of the two bedroom suites, sadly was boring, w/o color, ultra contemporary & lacked the charm of a Tuscan Villa, as we had expected a "taste of Italy". This trip was to be special & romantic, so we were disappointed on the decor of the rooms. Our cost for our 3 week stay did not allow points to our Marriott Bonvoy card, instead, VRBO retains the fees plus all the accrued points. That policy is not acceptable for us on future trips.

Amazing property, location and views. Although we ended up with a "garden view" unit, we still had a full view of the ocean. The property itself is well kep amd units themselves have been remodeled. Very busy during our stay as it was spring break, but that was to be expected. We would definitely consider booking with Donald again.
