A wonderful hotel right in the heart of Tartu! We visited for a university conference and were very happy with our choice. The hotel is conveniently located just a 12-minute walk from the university.
The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the blackout curtains were especially appreciated during the white nights in June. I would also like to highlight the excellent breakfasts, which offered a great variety of options, including plenty of fish.
Another major advantage is the location: the bus stop for the airport bus to Tallinn is only about a seven-minute walk away, which made our journey very convenient.
We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Beautifully designed hotel, rooms are very cosy, staff is friendly and helpful, location is probably the best in town! It also has an amazing restaurant in there.
Lots of traffic noise but it’s understandable since it’s the city centre.

Room quality, breakfast, staff, parking, location - all are very good
In a room with a view, setup should not be such that TV is blocking the view. TV mount with a swivel would help. Soundproofing from street sound has a lot of room for improvement. Lot of offices with floor to ceiling windows manage to do it, so it should be doable. Current level of soundproofing means that you can hear bus stop announcement on a city bus. Been to this hotel also on a business trips, it is not one room problem.
