Location was superb, breakfast was OK, beds are top notch!

Cozy, modern, comfortable, small but nice spa, wiick check in.
There was a bit of noise coming from the street at night - parties in nearby bars. Service at breakfast - tables full of dirty dishes were not cleaned for relatively long time, stuff stressed, not smiling, not friendly.

The hotel is in the absolute centre of Tartu old town, very close to the town hall and the restaurant district. The hotel has been newly renovated, is clean and provides good value for money.

Location was really nice and renovations had been very successful! Loved the interior and design. Staff was helpfull and very professional. Breakfast was surprisingly good and had nice variety of things.
Couple very small things. Spa light renovations had gotten loose and was bit wonky around the pools but that is easy to fix. Second pool had bit dark debris on the bottom but we were visiting off season so maybe pool cleaning wasnt that often than high season.
