nice location, close to the underground and bus station, 24/7 markets nearby, quiet neighbourhood, clean, friendly and helpful staff, gave us clean towels and sheets
bed could be a bit bigger, I think they should add adapters for eu plugs since they are cheap (I brought mine so it was not a problem but I think that other guests would appreciate it)

Not bad but definitely a budget hotel. Did what we needed and there's a great breakfast place just round the corner.

Staff were nice and helpful, bed was comfortable, bathroom looked recently refurbished, close to tube station
The window in the room was completely broken and wouldn’t shut, so had to speak to reception who got a man to come and put screws in it to close it.
The room also had a very weird smell like old vegetables.
The mattress was quite stained.
