Great location, convenient for a short stay.
Spacious room with plenty of space.
The room was generally clean and appeared to be the cleanest area in the property.
Sharing the apartment with other guests was not an issue; everyone was respectful and quiet.
The host provided clear and helpful instructions, making the stay smooth and hassle-free.
While the property appeared clean at first glance, it did not seem to be deeply cleaned, particularly the kitchen and bathroom.
The biggest drawback was the noise from the upstairs neighbors. Children were often running and shouting, and there were frequent loud conversations throughout the day and evening.
It usually did not become quiet until after midnight, which may be inconvenient for light sleepers.

Cleaner Fred was helpful, room clean.
Patio was overgrown, table filthy, not been cleaned for months or even years. Old leaves, weeds, many cigarette ends, uneven slabs. Not been tidied for a very long time. Shame as it could be nicer. Noisey arguing, bangi g,swearing til 2.30am from flat above 1 night. Kettle missing from kitchen ( need a sign in kitchen do not remove) as i found another guest had it in own room. Area seems run down ,youths gather, shouting, cars with loud music, smell of weed everywhere. I was back in room for 6pm every night, as a retired solo woman ( but fairly street wise having been a youth worker) I would not have wanted to be out late. I think the blocks of flats must be multi use so temporary & social housing as well as private. 1 wasnt excpecting the Ritz but ive stayed in better places in London cheaper than this.
