Stayed here with 2 friends, we had a triple room, it was clean, but dated, tv didn't work, the bed was a bit lumpy, the shower head didn't fit in the holder and the food was meh. However the location was fabulous, the staff were lovely and we didn't go to London to hang around in the hotel. For the price will definitely stay again.

The location is perfect for walking to Victoria Station or the underground. You can stroll through St. James Park, Hyde Park, and Kensington Park to the Victoria and Albert Museum, the best museum in London. And it's free.
The staff is super helpful, the room was clean, and breakfast was adequate, The walls are thin, so you hear people coming and going, but the management will loan you a fan to drown out noise. No A/C, but the fan makes it cool enough.
Plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants nearby. A good value for the price.
