Located in Lake Delton, this charming house for $669 per night is a great choice for your next break. (VLD00311) Located within a five minute walk of Spring Brook's Clubhouse, this huge, six bedroom home is the perfect family and/or friends gathering headquarters. The Aspen Chalet has three levels including a finished basement with a pool table and recliner seating ideal for movie night or the big game. The exterior features 2 gas grills and 1 charcoal grill, large covered patio and a campfire ring located just off the deck. Perfect for all events from family vacation to corporate retreat, it sleeps a maximum of 20 people. The main floor offers two bedrooms (one with a king, the other with two queens) that share one of three full bathrooms. Lounge your vacation away in the spacious living room which is adequately furnished with comfortable seating, a sofa sleeper and a large flat screen TV. It also opens up to the dining area where guests will enjoy the ultimate dining experience at the table for 14 people. The dream kitchen features slate appliances and seats six more at the counter. The open concept, common area is accented by knotty pine cathedral ceilings, a large stone wall fire place and ample room to relax comfortably. This home is loaded with sleeping arrangements for a variety of guest lists. The upstairs has two bedrooms each with a king bed and TV. Additionally, the loft area provides two twin beds for added sleeping accommodations. There is a second full bathroom on the second floor for added convenience and privacy. Relax the evening away in the finished lower level which boasts an amazing recreation room with pool table, wet bar and elevated viewing area with a 60" TV. The fifth and sixth bedrooms (2 queen beds in the first bedroom and 1 king bed in the second, all with TVs) provide additional sleeping accommodations with yet another full bathroom to share. Wi-Fi is complimentary. The Aspen Chalet is a short drive to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 20, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

The Aspen Chalet was perfect for our family. Very clean. Lots of bedrooms; large kitchen/dining area; great movie room; located really close to the clubhouse pool! We had a couple of items that were broken, but maintenance arrived quickly.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 4 units ranging from 2 to 4 people each for a total of 12 people 3 and over and one 10 month old. Everyone was happy with bedroom layout. Especially liked two large dining tables both inside and under covered porch. Dishes for 24 too! The unit backed up to beautiful woods and the fire pit is top notch. If the firewood guy drives by, get a box as it is a quality product. Indoor and out door pools including kiddie pools were great. Quiet convenient location to dell attractions and 5 minutes to Walmart. Easy checking in and out.

House was 80 degrees and we couldn’t get it to go down even after talking to the manager. Also the movie theatre remote was missing so we couldn’t use the movie theatre which is the only reason we chose this house. Had a good time with family tho

Overall the house did not meet our expectations. It was dirty when we arrived (had to call front desk to have the cleaning crew come back to clean again…the cleaning crew did not seem happy when they returned, basically giving us attitude), the dryer did not work well (had to keep redrying our clothes 6-7 times), towels were not sufficient (had a few in the main level bathroom but we had a group of 17!) and the front desk was stingy about their towels but what do they expect when their dryer doesn’t work correctly? In the end, my family and I said we wouldn’t stay here again. Paid too much just to be disappointed.

We had our Annual Ladies Retreat there and all of the ladies loved it. The house was the perfect size for us with access to the indoor pool which quite a few used. Being so close to downtown WI Dells was a plus.

Clean, spacious, every thing we needed EXCEPT toilet paper and soap for showering. 15 people need more than 4 extra rolls of t.p. and a tiny bar of soap for bathrooms and 1 for the showers. No shampoo at all. Lucky that Walmart was close by to buy these necessities.

For the last 16 years my sisters and sister-in-laws and our daughters have done a girls weekend in October. We have gone to many different locations. Some houses have been good; some have been okay; and a few have been great. This property was great!! In fact so great everyone said that we should just continue to stay here instead of taking our chances elsewhere. So that's what we are going to do. Loved it.

The only regret we have was we needed one more day. Great registration staff! Great housekeeping and fitness and pool areas are a plus. Chicken wings are a little expensive and quality wasn't the best. But overall wonderful experience and would consider coming back.
