Staff is super friendly and helpful throught the check in and checkout process. The hot food is great with variation everyday. Good experience with the facilities at pool side and all inclusive drinks are amazing. Overall highly recommend this hotel.
No kettle to make tea at room

We loved the sea view from our room, the excellent location, and the friendly, helpful staff. Shops, restaurants, and beaches were all within walking distance.
The tap water was salty, which made showering and brushing our teeth uncomfortable. We had to buy drinking water, but the nearby shops made this easy.

Good location, local shops just around the corner and close to lots of beaches. Plenty of pools at the resort, I think I counted four of them.
The staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy. Room was mad up every day, even when the do not disturb sign was put on the door.
If you're just looking for somewhere to stay and can overlook a grubby and tired room then this hotel is fine.
The room we stayed in could do with an update as it's a quite tired and worn, but I suppose that's reflected in the price.
The mattress was very soft, so I didn't sleep well during my stay. Noise travels in this resort, so I'm very glad we went out of season, as there were less people about.
The food wasn't great at the buffet, but generally what you'd expect at a lower budget all inclusive hotel
To say this is a four star resort is four stars is stretch, our room was probably two stars.
