Staff very friendly and made the holiday an enjoyable experience
The accommodation requires significant investment as they are looking very tired

The room was great with a large balcony overlooking one of the pool areas. All the pools were lovely with plenty of sun loungers. The bars and restaurants were very good.
All excellent value for the money
The kettle in the room didn't work (everyone reported this so I was prepared!) - it fused the electric every time so I boiled water in a saucepan on the stove.
The hotel water was salty so I used bottle water for tea and coffee

Choice of 3 pools and the entertainment staff.
Food was below very poor standard. Worst all inclusive food I’ve had.
You had to keep giving a euro for a cup which is ridiculous, very annoying. Terrible choice of drinks in the all inclusive. Cocktails full of sugar and not much choice.
