It was a good time and we enjoyed ourselves. Could have used a regular coffee pot instead of the little one. It only makes 3 cups of coffee. Not good for coffee drinkers. Water comes out of the shower doors onto the floor if the shower head is moved around at all. Other than that we had a great stay.

Property was nice a quiet. Beautiful garden inside. Only few steps to ocean on one side and nice bay on another. You are in between two beauties for sunrise on one side and sunset on other. It is close to restaurants and grocery store. The beach was clean and nice. Ocean water is clear.

Highly recommend! Great location bay to the east and golf to the west. Trolly picks you up at the corner very convenient. Would stay at this location hundred more times.

We had an excellent stay! Really clean and cute! Had everything you could need and then some for your stay! Really close to the beach and restaurants! We liked it so much we tried to extend our stay another day or two but unfortunately for us it was already booked. But we will definitely stay there again!!

Despite other reviews that the shower is too small, it’s perfect if you aren’t Andre The Giant or, struggling with obesity. Perfect for me at 5’11”. I absolutely loved this place. The ambiance, the character, the location, the up-to-date furnishings. I long to go back. Perhaps a rave review isn’t beneficial to me as I’ll have to compete with you for rental in the future! Cross the street, and you’re on the beach. Location is optimum, yet seemingly secluded. Oma’s, the best pizza I’ve had (and I don’t like pizza much) is dangerously right around the corner. Superb amenities. Forgot your lotion, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish detergent, laundry essentials, and good mood? THEY GOT YOU. I was in heaven all by myself and I never turned on either large screen TV the entire time. Rent this place out from under me and I’ll be really sad. So therapeutic, I wish I never left.

We enjoyed our two night stay very much. Our unit was clean, comfortable, and just as described. It is a very easy walk to the beach. The property manager, Chris, was most accommodating and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The apartment was very cozy, but really all you need if you will be spending most of your time on the beach. The property manager was phenomenal to work with. I would caution the ladies that the shower is extremely tiny. Shaving your legs is virtually impossible and there is nowhere you can move to keep the water from spraying directly on you. If this doesn’t bother you then this would probably be a great location for you. The courtyard is beautiful and you are at the beach in under a minute.

Great location
This property is in a great location. The beach is across the street and you can walk to Bridge street for dining and shops. We fished at the pier everyday and it was wonderful. Although we had a great time and the unit was fine, we would not rent it again because of the shower. It was so small I could not spread my arms out! I am average size, my husband is below average size (6ft, 180), if you are on the larger size I don't think you could even fit in the shower, much less bathe. The other cons were the loud a/c units in every room and one TV remote to share between the bedroom and living rm. The remote isn't a big deal...unless 2 football games are on and you want to jump back and forth! Other than that, the unit is fine. The location is the best feature.

Short distance from everything
We have stayed at a few different properties on the island, and this one had the best proximity to everything: only a few minutes walk to the beach across the street, multiple piers, local stores, and restaurants, etc. This really came in handy since parking was so hard to come by - we just walked everywhere! Each unit has its own parking space, and you also are provided with beach chairs (some were not in the best shape, though), a beach umbrella, and a cart. Also, the environment outside the units was very quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated! With that said, we did have a couple hiccups. First, we stayed in Unit #2, which was pretty clean. However, when looking at the pictures of the other units, they appear to be renovated, while ours felt quite outdated and small. The bathroom and shower were especially small, and the shower door leaked so that the floor was soaked after showers. Second, when we first arrived, we noticed that the front of the unit (kitchen/living area) was warm, but we figured the thermostat had been turned up while there were no occupants. We immediately turned it down. After a few hours, we noticed that the wall unit still wasn't cooling or blowing air, and only the unit in the back (in the bedroom/bathroom) was cooling. It became quite uncomfortable in the main living area/kitchen, especially during the day, so we had to stay in the bedroom the entire stay, which felt confining. We contacted the owner Mark the next morning when we realized it definitely wasn't working, and he said he would try to get a repairman, but it wasn't guaranteed - he advised us to lower the temp on the back unit all the way in order to compensate. No one ended up coming to inspect it. Mark did come by and apologize on our last night there, and he offered $100 off our next stay. He was very kind, but we had hoped something would have been done for our present stay. Not having proper cooling during a Florida summer is not fun. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay, but if ever returned, we would stay in a different unit that was updated.
