Situated in Bradenton Beach, this charming condo for $190 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Crisp, clean, and completely remodeled— this 2 bedroom townhome is the perfect spot to make unforgettable Anna Maria Island memories. The warm sand and turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico are right across the street. You'll be steps away from the beach and a quick stroll or bike ride from local restaurants and attractions. With space for 6 people and 3 gulf view balconies, you'll find it difficult to leave once you arrive at Sunset Landing. In the open living and dining area, bleached wood floors and chic gray sofas (1 sleeper sofa) create an elegant yet laid-back, comfortable space to kickback. The large flat screen television is equipped to stream your favorite TV show or a great movie. Sliding glass doors frame the gulf views and allow access to the large, private deck with an outdoor dining table. This is the ideal place to bring your morning mug of coffee in the morning while you watch the sunrise over the gulf and feel the gentle sea breezes. The pristine kitchen features clean white cabinets and countertops illuminated by plenty of bright, recessed lighting. Stainless steel appliances include a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven and range, and a microwave. The nearby dining table has seating for six and is a great spot for snacking or playing board games. A striking, modern chandelier over the dining table is the chic focal point of the room. A glass railing adds a modern touch to the stairway. On the second floor, the master suite has a comfy, king-size bed set into a painted wood frame. There's tons of built-in storage surrounding the large flatscreen television. Sliding glass doors lead outside to the top floor deck with ocean views. In the ensuite bathroom, slabs of classic Carrera marble surround the step-in shower. The second bedroom is a versatile bunk room, with a twin-over-queen-size bunk bed. This room also has tons of built-in storage and a large flat screen television. Glass doors allow access to a small, sun-kissed balcony. The Carrera marble continues in this bathroom as well— with a glass-enclosed shower and marble vanity. A stackable washer and dryer are accessible from the hallway. At Sunset Landing, the only thing standing between you and the sparkling emerald sea is Gulf Drive and a few trees blowing in the offshore breeze. When you're ready to hit the beach, slip on your flip-flops and take a stroll across the street. It doesn't get closer or easier than that. And when you want to indulge in a happy hour cocktail or an after-dinner ice cream, the local restaurants and sweet shops are a short walk or bike ride away. Sunset Landing has everything you need for an unforgettable Anna Maria Island escape. Bedrooms and bathrooms: The master bedroom features a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a twin-over-queen-size bunk bed, balcony access, ensuite bathroom & flatscreen TV. Half bathroom located on the living room level. Sleeper sofa located in living room. Parking: There is parking space for 2 vehicles in the building's parking lot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at this property. Everything was exactly like the pictures. I do feel like things could’ve been a little cleaner, especially the floors, we accidentally move the couch because it had shifted around and underneath it look like had not been swept vacuumed in a long time. Also, several places on the stairs look like they had not been Swept/vacuumed. I cleared some dust bunnies in the corners myself. However, otherwise, a very great property, we would stay here again. We did have one problem with one of the sliding glass doors not working properly and did have the problem fixed the same day. The only common about that as we were not told when the repair people would show up and apparently they were there when we were gone , slightly unnerving that someone had been in with us being able to secure any of our belongings. Communication could have been better. But overall the property and everything described is just like the listing. We love it and would probably return to this location.

Absolutely amazing spot to stay, especially with kids. Right across from the beach which allows for easy beach access and so close to all the restaurants on Bridge street. Also, awesome spot for morning runs over the bridge to Longboat Key.

Zero pans/ovenware in the house. Kitchen well stocked otherwise. I would recommend a rug or two. The tile was constantly gritty, because there were no inside rugs. Also, upon cleaning a spill on kitchen floor, the floors need a good cleaning. Other than that, our stay was fabulous. Very enjoyable location and place.

This property was everything it was advertised to be. Recently remodeled inside, walk across the street to the beach and well equipped. Only downfall is the outside needs some TLC but it didn’t affect our stay in the least!

My wife and I have stayed numerous times with, and finally one trip without, on AMI. This trip was one for the books. Aside from the Tropical storm that hit the island, the stay couldn’t have been better. The property was clean, stunning views and a great location across from Cortez beach. Also the property management company y was ON POINT. Communicated well and made the whole process easy. Can’t wait to come back!!

We loved our stay at Sunset Landing Unit 2. The SeaBreeze team was very supportive, they sent me with anticipation all the information relevant for checking in and getting to know what was around. The house was perfectly clean, comfortable, spacious. The location was unbeatable since we just had to cross the street and we were at a pristine beach! From one of the balconies we could see the sunrise and from the other one the sunset. This was a girls trip and we cannot wait until we can come back with our families. I am appreciative of the responsiveness of the team!! Love it!! You will not regret staying there.

This is our 4th stay at Sunset Landings over the last 15 years and it seems that the property only gets better and better! Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived--floors, decks, tabletops, bathrooms--down to the tiniest detail. We loved being able to "code" ourselves in this time rather than stopping by to pick up a key like in the old days, too. Loved the ocean view and easy access to the beach. Having our dog along really made the trip special--thanks for allowing our giant doodle. :)

The condo was perfect for our anniversary trip and it should have totally gotten 5 stars. Why didn't I? I will get to that. But first, the condo was as advertised. Very short walk to the beach. Beautiful views of the sunset especially from the upstairs deck. Short walk to lots of restaurants and shopping. Ok, now to the why....the day before we were scheduled to arrive we are told via a voice-mail from the rental company that there would be work done on the condo during our stay and that we would have to move our car everyday before 8 am and couldn't bring it back until 5. Yes, parking is free and right across the street. But what an inconvenience to be up and doing that before 8 on your vacation. The one week my hubby doesn't have to set an alarm. Notification of this earlier than the day before would have been very beneficial. Would we have changed places? Maybe, maybe not. The guys working were very friendly and great about letting us know the plan for the day. The rental company said they would get back with us but I only got a voice-mail asking how check in went. We understand that things happen and work has to be done to the upkeep of places bit let people know as soon as you find out so they can make arrangements and be prepared. It was frustrating.

We enjoyed our stay! The inside of the property was clean and newer. The outside of the building needed some work, though. We did love having the beach just across the street and being abke to view the sunsets from the patios. Beautiful!
