Sunset Landings Unit 5 is a spacious 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. With just a few steps across the street, you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and numerous fishing piers. There are no buildings to obstruct your view of the beach! This beautiful townhouse sleeps up to 6 people with 2.5 bathrooms, full laundry, and recently renovated. We know once you spend time here, you will not want to leave or you will want to return time and time again. This tropical retreat in a prime location will assure you a comforting, stress-free atmosphere and a relaxing, memorable vacation. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to prepare a quick snack for the family or a romantic dinner for two, which you can enjoy either in the dining room, or on the large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room, with a sleeper sofa, invites you to relax, kick-back and enjoy your favorite TV shows on the flat screened smart TV. WiFi throughout. But, it doesn't stop there! The master bedroom also has a balcony where you can watch the sunset or awaken to hearing the waves crash on the beautiful white sandy beaches. The second bedroom is a versatile bunk room with a twin-over-queen-size bunk bed. This room also has tons of built-in storage and a large flat screen television. Glass doors allow access to a small, sun-kissed balcony. The Carrera marble continues in this bathroom as well— with a glass-enclosed shower and marble vanity. A stackable washer and dryer are accessible from the hallway. This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Master bedroom is located on the third floor that features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom and a balcony that over looks the Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom 2 is located on the third floor and features a twin over queen bunk bed and flat screen TV. Bathroom 2 is located on the third floor and features a rainfall shower. 1/2 Bath located on second floor. Sleeper sofa located in living room. This unit comfortably accommodates a group of 6. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note: For reservations longer than 28 nights or more than $20,000, a different cancellation policy applies - please see the Rental Agreement under the House Rules on the check-out page. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. We loved our stay! The property was so nice. It had cute furnishings. The appliances were new. SeaBreeze vacation rentals left a nice supply of laundry and dishwasher detergent as well as other supplies. Will definitely consider booking with them again.

Only problem was we were under the impression second bedroom bed was a queen bed not a full. Very difficult for two adults to sleep on. Everything else was great.

The property was beautiful! Everything was extremely clean. There were beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, a wagon for the beach, and beach toys for the kids. This was a wonderful experience and will definitely book again. Our family loved it!

Convenient and close to everything. However, upstairs bedrooms were too hot, television in larger bedroom was a joke, and delivering furnished during our stay instead of waiting until cleaning crew was there was in poor taste.

Gorgeous condo with great bedroom storage! Half bath on first floor a bonus. Porches were great to see the sunset. Lots of construction on AMI and we experienced it here as well.

The condo had spacious bedrooms, with lots of closet and dresser space, and the bed was comfortable. All the kitchen essentials were provided and we used the grill which was fully functional. The walls are solid and blocked out most of the traffic noise. The renters around us were super friendly. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this rental!

Unit was spacious, comfortable and well thought out. Kitchen was well equipped and had quality appliances. Storage space was generous in master and bathrooms had a good amount of cabinet space. Nice shower stalls. Front and back balconies were pleasant and equipped with tables and chairs.

It was very clean and everything was updated. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. We also loved how close it was to the beach. It was nice to have beach chairs and a wagon. We liked how close it was to Bridge Street and we could walk there at night. The best part was we could sit on our balcony and watch the sunset every night. It was beautiful!

We rented Sunset Landing Unit 5, December 1-5. The property is conveniently located across from the beach and near restaurants. The property is recently renovated and clean. Unfortunately, the rental company failed to notify us the that was active construction taking place on the 2 properties next to us. The construction vehicles would pull in at 645am and not complete their day til 530pm. The noise was unbearable. We both had work calls on one the mornings and had to leave the property to take them due to the noise. I contacted the rental company 3x with no resolution. I would not recommend renting this unit for the next few months if you are looking for a relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in November at Sunset Landings Unit 5 of Holmes Beach. Our unit 5 seemed to be completely new renovated. Including the kitchen and laundry equipment. We loved the modern style of the interior. The location only few steps to the wonderful beach was optimal. The noise from the main-street between the apartment and the beach did not disturb us much. There only were 2 short rush hours per day. And with 4 balconies, two at each side, we had a choice where to enjoy outside.

The condo was very nice when we arrived. Not as cleaned as we liked. The master bathroom shower had hair left in the drain. They called me to check on us and offered to come clean it again(which was nice) but my husband had already handled it. Check in was super easy.
Hurricane Nicolle paid a visit while we were there and our condo leaked everywhere!! I called the company that day to inform them and I had to leave a message. They never called us back!!! This bothered us a lot! Which after inspecting the leaks we determined this has happened more than likely many times before and they probably already know about it. Super nice place but I am not sure I would rent it again.
This was our first time going to this part of Florida and we loved the area! Plan on coming back in the summer.

Beautiful Beaches
The property was beautifully decorated and withing walking distance to the beach which is directly across the street and we were very happy that inside the condo the traffic was not heard, we could walk to my favorite restaurant Beach House, we had to drive to get groceries but many shops were within walking distance and definitely check out Gelatos to go for yummy gelato.

The house was beautiful and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook at home. The Building looks a little rough, but if you judge this book by it’s cover you will be missing out. I would defiantly rent here again.

This condo has the perfect location! Walking distance to Bridge Street shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to the Coquina beach open air market and directly across the street from the beach. Short drive up to North Anna Maria. Condo had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a wagon! You can tell from the pictures that the kitchen and bathrooms are outdated but I'll be honest we didn't even notice once we were there! Decorated super cute, very clean and comfortable! We will stay here again!
