Wonderful family resort with exceptional service. We are family with two kids, visited hotel 26/10-01/11 Fantastic resort with excellent facilities, beautiful gardens, great food, and very friendly staff. The Lake villa was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, while the pools and beach area were exceptionally well maintained. Villas residents have their own beach with snack bar and wonderful cabanas. There was plenty to do for us and our children, making it a perfect family holiday. Kids club, kids water park with heated swimming pool make it unforgettable for our kids!!! A special thank you to villa managers Nargiz and Valeria for their outstanding hospitality. Nargiz is a real credit to the hotel, always one step ahead, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Her attention to detail and genuine care made our stay truly special. Thank you and hope to visit the hotel again!

Kind and helpful stuff, the room is simple but clean.
Breakfast was not the best.

Close location to Parc Asterix and restaurants. Good breakfast buffet at the hotel. Very nice and friendly staff. Clean and safe.
Small room. Strong cigarette smoke smells in the building lobby (not main area where you have breakfast and check in). Lighting in the room is very dim.
